If you're like me and love health and wellness but maybe can't get motivated to go out and do things, then this is my friend, is the article for you! I have stacks of fitness apps on my phone to help me with any mood fitness I might enter there are different types of fitness apps for all types of exercises you might be looking for. It can range from walking, yoga, swimming, riding bicycles, and more.

1. Runkeeper

I love this app so much! When I first started running I downloaded the app to my phone so it could help me track how quickly I ran and the distance I was going to cover. It not only tracks walking, but can also track walking, swimming, riding bicycles, and more!

You can change the settings to make it talk to you as often as possible, or as little as you want where it tells you what your speed is and how many kilometers you have covered. I find this helps to push yourself a little harder each kilometer.

You can have a competition with friends (which my dad and I used to be) to see who can run the farthest distance in a month or just to help motivate each other. This is a great fitness app and I highly recommend it!

2. Map My Way

This app is awesome and so much fun! The thing that I like most about this app is that if you like walking and do it often, it will find new and interesting tracks for you to cover and find that you may have never heard before. It records stats like speed, kilometers covered, how much you have walked in a month and it makes you accountable for any purpose you may or may not have set.

You can also use it for other sports such as horse riding, running, or yoga so it can include your fitness as possible into. It's so fun and awesome to do with a friend!

3. Daily Yoga

This fitness app is a great tool if you are a beginner who wants to start training yourself in yoga. This is a gentle way to get into yoga practice without having to pay expensive fees. This app has a wide range of options so you can choose what level you might do whether it is amateur, or professional.

It helps build core strengths, muscular endurance, mindfulness, and breathing techniques.

4. With MyFitnessPal

Whether you may be trying to get into shape, lose weight, build muscle, or just a whole start to become a fitness enthusiast, this app has it all. It helps track Diet and exercise and makes you accountable for the goals you might set.

If you are into calorie tracking (which I do not highly recommend especially if you are new to fitness), also not that. This compares the incoming calories, to the calories that will come out. It helps you make healthy choices and serve your needs and your goals.

5.30 Day Fitness Challenge

This app is very fun and interesting! If you are more of a person who prefers to exercise at home then go to foul, sweating gym, then this fitness app is the one you have to download now. There are detailed instructions and videos for any stage in your fitness, you may be in such an amateur or professional.

This is a 30 day challenge where you won't be doing the same exercises every day. Which is meant to challenge you, then the app title.

6. Tabata Stopwatch Pro

I absolutely LOVE Tabata. It's so fun and challenges like when you push yourself. The Tabata app helps you time your workouts and lets you know when to start them, and when to finish them. This app speaks to you and has awesome fun music to help you through your workouts and you can choose how long you want to go for.

If you don't really know what exercise you want to do, you can let that app choose for you and tell you what to do. For 40 seconds you might do a burpees, then have a 10 second break before you start a lot of the next workout.
