Train your breathing

Breathing exercises generally help when it comes to anxiety problems. They help in its entirety – in an effort to prevent panic attacks – and may help in stopping one that is already moving.

Breathing reduces deep panic in stressful situations, as long as you are able to take control over your breathing. Some exercises will help by doing it more successfully.
Reach people

The most stupid thing I have ever personally done in stressful situations where I feel panicked is to run away from people and close myself in the shower until it goes a bit (I'm sitting there for a long time).

Not only will you calm down faster with others patning your back and holding your hands (or, at least, telling you that it's okay by phone), it's also stupid to think that people who care about you will usually Stop caring or will judge you if they see you in distress.

In addition, it may hurt their feelings as well, if they find that you are afraid of their reactions or their unbelief.

Reduce the Attack

Quite often, people are especially stressed – regardless of whether to the point of panic attacks or simply simply uncomfortable – with select stimuli. Some stress by the crowd, others-by loud noises. Others-by public speaking.

Your best bet on calming down is reducing the stimulus. Run into an empty alley and close your eyes for some time if you can. Look at the wall behind the person you need to talk to, not directly on them. Turn on some music if noise.

Make less stress to yourself, with the best of your ability. And try to figure out what exactly triggers you, so you can avoid it (or, at least, prepare for it) next time.

Smell Lavender

The smell of some Lavender seems to help people. Be it a small bag of dried Lavender or a small amount of Lavender oil in your bag, it will help you calm down at least a little, so invest in some Lavender; It's not too expensive and, above all, smells very good.

Fidgeting

Yes, yes, Fidget spinner is a meme and others; In fact, however, small fidgeting devices – stress balls, Spinners, fidget cubes and many others – are helpful to reduce your anxiety because your mind focuses on fidgeting.

Occupy your hands.

Obviously,  "stressful situations" do not equal panic or anxiety attacks, but many medications can still help you; Moreover, none of us are safe from panic attacks, although whatever beliefs you may have.
